We do not believe that one size fits all and that is why our dedicated staff work closely with you from start to end, so we can better understand your business and what you require from your Advansys solution.
From start to end you will be fully informed of all possibilities for improvement, impartially advised on which Hardware/Software we feel you need to better do your job without obligation to purchase.
What we want is for you to join us in our mission to make IT Systems easy to use and understand. That is reflected in the fact that we will offer free training to your staff on your new system once it has been fully incorporated.

Here is an example of what we offer.
Stage 1 – System Analysis
This is where your HP IT SOLUTIONS System Architect does an audit on your existing system and your requirements from it. From this information we can then generate a picture of what you have and what you need to do your job to the best of your abilities.
Stage 2 – Design Presentation
Your dedicated System Architect will offer you 3 options on your system design based on the audit, so you can choose the one that best fits not only your requirements but also your budget.

Our designs are defined into 3 categories.
1. Basic - this is the minimal requirements needed to make your system operate .
2. Modern - this is the design that incorporates new technology to keep you in line with what your competitors will be using.
3. Future - this is the design that we feel will take your system forward for the next few years, using cutting edge solutions so that your system is not just up to date but also using more advanced emerging technologies making you the “Jones’s” that everyone else will have to keep up with.
Stage 3 – Implementation
Once you have chosen the system design that best suits you the next stage is to begin to incorporate it into your existing system.

Your system Architect will in collaboration with you, set a time scale for implementation and incorporation that will be done as fluidly as possible without disruption of the day to day running of your company.

You will be consulted at all times with regard to every step we take in implementing your system so you are fully aware of how it is progressing. At all times during this process your System Architect will be available to you to answer all questions you may have.
Stage 4 – Hand Over
Once your system has been implemented there will then be a hand over meeting and training session for you and your staff.

This will normally be a 2 hour presentation on the main points of your new system and we will also instruct chosen members of your staff on how to use the new system. Further training can be arranged by consultation with your System architect either on the hand over day or at a time that is convenient to you.
